Steps
Request Your Widget
To request a new widget, contact clientsupport@usheru.com. Please provide the following information:
Film Title and IMDb Code – ensures the widget links to the correct movie data.
Release Date – include the date cinemas plan to go on sale if available.
Release Type – Micro or Standard (details should match your contract).
Cinema List (Optional but Recommended) – a list of currently confirmed cinemas. You can send this later if needed.
Providing complete information upfront speeds up the setup process and helps avoid delays.
Complete Payment
Once your request is received, we’ll send a payment link for credit card or bank transfer.
If paying by bank transfer, proof of payment may be requested.
If your contract or release terms do not require per-release payment, you can skip this step.
Receive Movie ID and Implement Widget
After payment (if applicable), you’ll receive your movie-specific ID.
Insert this ID into the HTML line of your Select widget code.
Add the widget to the relevant film-specific webpage.
If you’re installing the widget on a different domain than your first widget, notify our team so we can grant any necessary permissions.
