Getting Started: How do I get access to usheru tools?.

Access is provided via your partnership arrangement. Your usheru account manager will guide you through onboarding, provision login credentials, and launch the relevant modules based on whether you’re in film, live or both.

Where can I find documentation?

Your account manager will share:

  • Platform user guides (for film and/or venue)
  • API/integration documentation
  • Admin tool instructions (if part of your plan)
  • Campaign setup templates — tailored for film releases or live-venue events

Film Pages & Content Management (Film sector): How do I update film metadata (titles, synopses, assets)?

If you have CMS access you can update directly, this process is documented here in our Support hub. Otherwise submit the updates to support@usheru.com and our team will apply them (via the film module).

Live Entertainment & Venue Solutions: What’s included in the “venue” solution?

Typical services include:

  • Venue website/platform build or overhaul (for an arena or stadium).
