Introduction
When setting your password it’s important to note the 15 character limit and choose something secure but memorable. If you find yourself locked out of the usheru dashboard however don’t panic. If your team have multiple dashboard admins accounts you can help reset each others passwords using the steps below however you can also contact client support directly.
Steps
1. In the dashboard, go to Admins and click the arrow icon next to the user whose password you want to rest.
2. Type in a temporary password for them and save it.
3. The locked out user can now login to the dashboard and reset their own password by clicking the arrow icon next to their own admin account and set it to something only they know.
4. If the above steps don’t work or you can’t complete them, just contact client support directly who will send you a temporary password.
