Introduction

We manage our usheru Select products using the usheru Dashboard. During the onboarding process we will request a list of your team members who should be given access to this backend dashboard and we will arrange a comprehensive training call to go through it. Here you will be able to see the films linked to your widget and the available showtime and streaming data for all of your films.

Your Dashboard

Once we have received your list of the team members who should have access to the usheru dashboard, we will manually create the required amount of admin accounts. We will then organise a training session for your team during which you will be given your usheru logins and temporary passwords.

If you have showtimes only data, you will be able to view:

• Our database of exhibitors for your territories

• Your list of connected films

• Showtime data

• The showtime creation menu
  

  

If you have streaming data, you will be able to view:

• Your list of connected films

• The streaming data for your connected films

• The streaming link creation menu

  

If you have both showtime and streaming data then you will have all of these options/functions in your dashboard view and your training will be tailored to your needs.

Troubleshooting

If you forget your password don’t hesitate to contact our support team who will quickly send you a temporary password to help get you back in as soon as possible.

If you are having any issues using the dashboard or want to add or remove old users we are always to help and will arrange additional training if needed.

It’s important to inform us when one of your team leaves the company so we can remove their respective user account to avoid any security/privacy concerns.

Summary

The usheru dashboard allows you to see what’s going on behind the usheru Select widget. You can check which cinemas are currently showing your film and how many showtimes/streaming links are available for your titles at any given moment. Training will be provided and the support team are always on hand for issues around accessing the dashboard, creating new user admin accounts or removing old ones.
