Introduction

This guide explains how to handle payment processing when requesting a new usheru Select widget.
Whether your contract requires prepayment or follows an alternative payment schedule, understanding the process ensures a smooth setup and fast delivery of your Movie ID.

When requesting a new widget, payment may be required depending on your contract:

  • Prepayment Required: You’ll complete payment before receiving your Movie ID.

  • No Prepayment Required: Payment will follow your agreed contract schedule, allowing you to receive the Movie ID first.

Providing accurate film details and following the correct payment process ensures your widget can be implemented quickly and without delays.

Steps

  1. Submit Widget Request

Contact clientsupport@usheru.com with the following information:

  • Film Title

  • IMDb ID (if available)

  • Release Date

  • Cinema List (where possible)

  • Release Type – confirm whether the release is Micro or Standard according to your contract

This ensures our team can create the widget correctly and process payment efficiently.

  1. Complete Payment (If Required)

If your contract requires prepayment:

  1. You will receive an email with a payment link for credit card or bank transfer.

  2. If paying by bank transfer, upload proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or confirmation).

  3. The Client Support team will review your payment and contact you if there are any issues.

If prepayment is not required, you can skip this step — payment will be taken according to your contract’s agreed schedule.

  1. Receive Movie ID

Once payment is confirmed (or immediately if prepayment isn’t required), you’ll receive an email with the Movie ID needed to implement your next usheru Select widget.

  • Use this ID in the HTML line of your widget code to link it to the correct film.

  • Your widget can then be installed on the appropriate webpage(s).

  1. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with:

  • Receiving payment links

  • Uploading proof of payment

  • Receiving your Movie ID
