Introduction

Exporting data from your usheru Track is simple as you can either download the entire report as a pdf or export individual charts to csv, csv (Excel) or Google sheets. We can also automate exports to be sent to you via email on a regular basis.

Requesting Automated Reports

To request automated email PDF reports, please submit the following form and a member of the client support team will get back to you as soon as possible. We just need to know how often you would like us to schedule these reports and you will start receiving them as pdf exports to your email.

Downloading the entire board

Go to your board
To download the entire report simply click the arrow next to the share button and select Download report. You can choose to add a password to this downloaded report for extra security.

Exporting individual charts

Go to your usheru Track solution and find the particular chart you want to export
Hover your mouse over the chart you want and you will see the icons appear in the top right. Click on the More icon (three dots) and select Export data.
This will open up the export menu, where you can name the file and choose whether to export to csv, csv (excel) or Google Sheets
