Introduction
Once your usheru Track solution is ready for delivery our Client Success manager will be in touch to give you access and arrange a training call at your earliest convenience. You can then either access your analytics solution using the direct unlisted list or we can restrict access to specific users.
Steps
You and your team will receive the direct link to your analytics solution via email. This link will be made of a series of numbers/letters and will not be indexed by google however you need to ensure that the link is only shared with people who should have access, as anyone who has the link will have access to your analytics board. We will however also give you the option to limit access to certain user accounts.
If you decide you want to limit access to specific users only, you must first ensure all users have valid google accounts and you will need to send us these emails.
We will then limit access to the board to only these specific users and anyone else who attempts to view the board will be unable to view.
Summary
Your usheru Track Analytics solution will be delivered to you as a direct link but if we are provided with the emails of your team members we can restrict access to a specific number of users.
