# HubSpot: Forwarding client requests to Client Support
Audience: Internal usheru users
When a client request needs to go to Client Support, do not CC the Client Support inbox in your reply to the client. Instead, forward the client email to clientsupport@usheru.com and paste the client's actual request near the top of your forwarded email.
Why this matters
CC'ing the inbox create poor HubSpot tickets. The ticket is assigned to the wrong company and contact -usheru instead of the client-. Also. the ticket description becomes the latest message from the usheru team member instead of the client's original request.
Correct process
- Open the client's original email or request.
- Click Forward.
- Send the forwarded email to clientsupport@usheru.com or us-clientsupport@usheru.com.
- Paste the client's original request near the top of the forwarded email.
- Add any helpful internal context separately.
- Send the email.
Key rule
Forward client requests to Client Support. Do not CC Client Support on client replies. Always paste the client's actual request into the forwarded email so the HubSpot ticket has a useful description.
